Tell us about the flat you are buying
When you upload your documents, give us the address and the seller’s, agent’s or conveyancer’s contact details. If you have a fire door report for the flat, add it too.

We arrange access and inspect the door
We contact the seller or flat owner to arrange access, then inspect the door in person with photographic evidence.

You receive our report and quotation
Clear next steps and a written quotation for any works. If the works go ahead with us, the £99 is deducted from the invoice.
